If your flights still operate, but you prefer rather not to fly (eg. due to travel restrictions), we can change or cancel your flights upon your request. The conditions of the airline state that regular change/cancel conditions will apply, as this is a voluntary change/cancellation. This means, change or cancel fees are always involved.
Please check the website of the airline for their exact change and/or cancellations conditions. Due to the extreme number of requests, we are currently unable to assist you on this matter.
At the moment, many airlines offer flexible conditions if you want to change your ticket(s). To change your booking, go to this page and follow all steps. Our Travel Consultants will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that processing times are currently very long. In order not to miss any travel deadlines, requests are currently handled upon departure date. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation on this matter. In addition, we ask to only send one change request, to avoid mistakes.
If you wish to cancel your booking yourself, we advise to check the cancellation conditions on your personal profile on our website or on the ticket e-mail we previously sent. In most cases, no refund can be offered, if you cancel upon your request.
If you still wish to cancel, please fill out this contact form. If eligible for a (partial) refund (eg. as a voucher), we will request this refund with the airline. Please keep in mind, it will take several months for the airline to process your request.
